Diploma/GED + 21 years old
“Direct care” encompasses a lot of different positions, but a majority of them serve youth at our residential facility in Mishawaka. Youth are placed with us, often due to situations and circumstances beyond their control. Our Mental Health Technicians support their daily living – like helping to keep them on schedule – but also demonstrate healthy interpersonal skills and create a therapeutic environment in which youth can heal.

CMA / LPN / RN / BSN

Our atmosphere is supportive and non-competitive. We have a variety of nursing positions open, from intensive 24/7 programs to outpatient care.
