“Direct care” encompasses a lot of different positions, but a majority of them serve youth at our residential facility in Mishawaka. These youth have had a rough go of it, often due to situations and circumstances beyond their control. Our Mental Health Technicians support their daily living – like helping to keep them on schedule – but also demonstrate healthy interpersonal skills and create a therapeutic environment in which youth can heal.
If you want to help youth be their best selves; if you want to help shape the next generation; if you want a career that is rewarding beyond words, this may be the fit for you!
